Terms of use.

The terms that govern your use of our website, services, and tools we build.

Last updated: May 2026

By accessing this website or engaging Draco Automation for services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services

Draco Automation provides custom Podio CRM builds, websites, virtual assistants, bulk SMS, and skip tracing services exclusively to US-based real estate investors. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual proposals or statements of work.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for legitimate, US-based real estate investing businesses. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone, including for compliance reasons.

3. Your obligations

  • Provide accurate information about your business and workflow
  • Use the tools we build only for lawful business purposes
  • Comply with applicable laws (TCPA, A2P 10DLC, GDPR-equivalent rules, fair-housing laws)
  • Pay invoices on time per the agreed terms
  • Maintain your own backups of business-critical data

4. Intellectual property

Custom configurations, workflows, and code we build for you are licensed to you for your business use. Our underlying methodologies, templates, and proprietary frameworks remain our intellectual property. You may not resell or redistribute our work as your own.

5. Third-party platforms

Many of our services depend on third-party platforms (Podio, smrtphone.io, DocuSign, etc.). Each is governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes by third-party providers.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided “as is.” While we work hard to deliver high-quality builds and reliable systems, we make no guarantees about specific business outcomes, lead volumes, or revenue results. Real estate investing involves risk, and your results depend on many factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement per the terms in the relevant proposal. We will return any access credentials and provide reasonable handoff support. Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Texas.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
