Our story
Draco Automation started because we got tired of paying $150 per user per month for a CRM that didn't fit how we actually wholesale. SaaS templates were rigid, support was generic, and every “industry-standard” tool felt designed for someone other than serious investors.
So we started building our own systems on Podio — first for ourselves, then for a few investor friends. Word spread fast. Now, seven years later, we've built 100+ custom CRMs across 30+ states, plus the supporting stack: skip tracing, bulk SMS, REI websites, and trained virtual assistants.
We work exclusively with US real estate investors. We don't take generic marketing clients, we don't do retail real estate, and we don't build cookie-cutter solutions. We do one thing well — and we keep doing it better.
