Refund policy.

When refunds apply, how to request one, and how we handle them.

We stand behind our work. This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply, what's eligible, and how to request one.

1. 14-day delivery guarantee

Every Podio CRM build we commit to is guaranteed to be delivered in 14 days from project kickoff. If we fail to deliver a working build within 14 days, you are eligible for a full refund of the build fee. This guarantee does not apply to custom enterprise scopes that we have explicitly quoted with longer timelines.

2. Eligibility for refunds

  • Failure to deliver per the 14-day guarantee (above)
  • Material defects in delivery that we cannot resolve within 7 days of report
  • Engagement cancellation by us before work begins (full refund of any deposits)

3. What is non-refundable

  • Work already completed and delivered
  • Hourly VA services already performed
  • Skip-tracing records already delivered
  • Bulk SMS campaigns already sent
  • Third-party platform fees (Podio, smrtphone.io, DocuSign, SMS providers, etc.)

4. How to request a refund

Email info@dracoautomation.com with your business name, the project, and the reason for your request. We'll review the request within 3 business days and confirm next steps.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 – 10 business days. Bank or card processor delays may add additional time.

6. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, please respond to our email and we'll work to resolve the issue. We've never had to issue a refund under the 14-day guarantee — and we're committed to keeping it that way.
